The Honourable Former Prime Minister of Malaysia, YAB Tun Abdullah bin Haji Ahmad Badawi, launched the GLC Transformation Programme Manual which drills down to 5 thrusts and 10 Initiatives, produced by the Putrajaya Committee on GLC High Performance (PCG). The 10 initiatives include Initiative Two, concerning the establishment of MINDA. Participating in the launch were Chairmen of GLICs and the PCG Secretariat.
